以蔗糖为碳源,硝酸铜和硝酸镍为金属源,通过溶液混合、蒸干,500℃碳化,900℃退火,浓硝酸浸泡超声纯化获得了具有核壳结构的铜镍合金/碳纳米粒子复合材料.X射线衍射分析表明样品由CuNi合金和有一定程度石墨化的碳组成;高分辨透射电镜观察揭示样品具有核壳结构,核为fcc型铜镍合金纳米粒子,尺寸在20nm左右,碳壳在10~15层;综合热分析表明样品的碳壳提高了铜镍合金纳米粒子的抗氧化性能.
Copper nickel alloy/carbon composite nanoparticles with core/shell structure were successfully prepared by mixing, evaporation, carbonization in 500 ℃, annealing in 900 ℃, concentrated nitric acid total immersed, ultrasound purified methods under the simple and mild conditions, in which sucrose functioned as carbon precursor, copper nitrate hydrate and nickel nitrate used for source of the metal nanoparticles. The as-obtained sample was investigated by XRD. The results suggested that the sample consists of copper nickel alloy and graphitized carbon to some extent. TEM analysis indicated that the core/shell structure consists of a fcc-CuNi alloy core with size about 20 nm and a graphitic shell with size about 10-15 layers;Thermoanalysis showed carbon shell of the sample increased antioxygenic property of the copper nickel alloy nanoparticles.
