采用生物陶粒与Hat Creek煤载体两种新型颗粒生物填料,应用于滴滤床处理有机废气的研究,分别进行了贫营养、富营养、高营养条件下,去除VOC性能的对比试验。研究结果表明:二者都是良好的生物填料,然而生物陶粒需要在循环液中投加营养,Hat Creek煤则在不另加营养的低容积负荷条件下,可取得较好去除效果;添加营养液可使Hat Creek煤填料滴滤床处理效果进一步提高,且在贫营养条件下,处理效果明显优于同样添加营养液的生物陶粒滴滤床;二者的最大去除能力和临界容积负荷均随着设置挡板数目的增加而得到提高,但煤填料滴滤床的变化与提高不如陶粒载体滴滤床显著。
Bio-ceramics and Hat Creek coals were used as particle carriers of trickling filter for waste gas treatment. Under the experimental condition of poor nutrition, rich nutrition as well as high nutrition, the comparative study on the performance of VOC removal was carried out. The experimental results indicate that both can be selected as ideal biological carriers for tricking filter. However, the better removal efficiency was presented at the running condition of adding nutrition in bio-ceramic cartier tricking filter and of without addition of nutrition in Hat Creek coal cartier tricking filter, and it was further improved by adding nutrition in Hat Creek coal carrier tricking filter. With poor nutrition condition, coal column was more efficient than bioceramic column. The maximum removing rate and limit capacity loading was increasingly improved with the increase of baffle number in both trickling filters, although coal carrier filter was more efficient.
