近年来,西方国家和中国相继提出了“再工业化”战略和“中国制造2025,,战略,这对生产性服务业和制造业的互动发展提出了更高要求.特别是当前“互联网+”的发展克服了物理时空约束,使得二三产业互动发展呈现出与工业经济时代完全迥异的模式.文章从城市群视角构建了“互联网驱动一需求生态圈一制造生态圈一服务生态圈”累积循环机制这一新型的二三产业互动理论分析框架,并基于1994-2014年长三角地区地级市和县级市数据的实证研究发现:在互联网驱动下,二三产业因争夺重叠性资源而出现“挤出效应”,形成了空间非一体化发展,空间结构从工业经济时代的“中心一外围”向互联网时代的空间匀质性转变;总体上,互联网能促进二三产业空间非一体化发展.特别是2008年以后作用尤为明显,但这种影响存在行业异质性,部分生产性服务业-9制造业更适合空间一体化发展,而且二三产业空间非一体化的空间边界从工_业经济时代的80-200公里向互联网时代的边界模糊化转变;在地理租金、连接租金和网络租金三种力量的交替作用下,二三产业空间非一体化先后经历了空间分异、空间自选择和空间网络化发展三个阶段,目前长三角地区正处于空间自选择向空间网络化发展的过渡阶段.
In recent years, Western countries and China have proposed "re-industrialization" strategy and "Made in China 2025" strategy, which put forward higher requirements to interaction of manufacturing and producer services. Especially, driven by the "Internet+ ", the interaction between manufacturing and producer services has shown a totally different development model. This paper builds a theoretical analysis framework of "internet drive-demand ecosystem-manufacturing ecosystem-services ecosystem" based on urban agglomerations. The empirical study is taken by using data of prefecture and county in Yangtze River Delta from 1994--2014. The results show that, driven by internet, manufacturing and producer services will performance "crowding out effect" because of competition for overlapping resources, thus the formation of the spatial non-integration. Overall, the internet can promote the spatial non-integration of manufacturing and producer services, the role is evident after 2008, but this effect exists industry heterogeneity, part of the service sectors and manufacturing is more suitable for spatial integrated development. The spatial boundary scope of the spatial non-integration of manufacturing and producer services will transform from 80-200 km in age of industrial economy to spatial boundary uncertainty in age of internet. Under the effect of the geography rent, connection rent and network rent ahemately, the spatial non-integration of manufacturing and producer services goes through three stages, inclucling spatial differentiation, spatial self-selection and spatial network, and Yangtze River Delta is going through transitional stage from spatial self-selection to spatial network.
