Analyzes the factors which make the traffic infrastructural system sustained working by fault tree method, lead in the concept of risk management and crisis management, and brings forward the countermeasures on the basis of qualitative analysis. Feedforward control was adopted to the key factors of traffic infrastructural system, to furthest ensure the long effectiveness of this system.
