基于10榀型钢高强高性能混凝土简支梁的抗弯试验,观察了诸试件的破坏过程、裂缝开展模式及破坏形态,得到了型钢高强高性能混凝土梁的典型荷载.挠度曲线及混凝土、型钢沿截面高度的应变分布规律,分析厂一般弯曲破坏和弯曲劈裂破坏模式下梁的破坏机理,揭示了影响梁抗弯性能的主要因素,探讨了混凝土强度等级、含钢率、翼缘宽度比(型钢翼缘宽度和梁截面宽度的比值)及剪切连接方式对梁抗弯性能的影响规律。研究将为型钢高强高性能混凝土梁相关计算理论的建立提供试验数据及理论依据。
Based on the bending experiment of 10 steel reinforced high-strength and high-performance concrete (SRHSHPC) specimens of simply supported beams, the failure process, crack development mode and failure mode are observed, and the typical load-deflection curves of SRHSHPC beam as well as strain distribution of concrete and steel along the section height are obtained, then the failure mechanism of SRHSHPC beams in general bending failure and splitting failure modes are analyzed. The main factors affecting the bending behaviors of SRHSHPC beam are revealed and relationships between concrete strength, steel ratio, flange width ratio (the ratio of steel flange width to beam width) and shear connection modes are obtained. The research achievements will provide experimental data and a theoretical support for establishing the correlative calculation theory of SRHSHPC beams.
