采用SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK C18 AQ色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)和折光指数检测器,建立了山梨醇及其氢解产物中的乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇和甘油的高效液相色谱测定方法。流动相为二次蒸馏水,流速0.600 mL/min,柱温25℃,外标法定量。在质量分数0.01%~1.00%范围内,山梨醇、乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇和甘油4种组分线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.999 99~1.000 00,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.05%~0.15%;方法的平均回收率为97.65%~101.11%,RSD为0.55%~3.60%。该方法简便、经济、准确,可以用于山梨醇及其氢解产物中低碳多元醇的定量测定。
An HPLC method was developed to determine sorbitol and lower polyols in the product of sorbitol hydrogenolysis using a SHISEIDO CAPCELL PAK C18 AQ column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) and a refractive index detector,with the conditions of redistilled water as mobile phase,flow rate 0.600 mL/min,the column temperature 25 ℃ and the quantification of compounds was achieved by external standard method.Good linear correlations were showed between the peak areas of sorbitol,ethylene glycol,propylene glycol,glycerol and their concentrations in the concentration range of 0.01% to 1.00%(mass fraction).The correlation coefficients were 0.999 99-1.000 0,with the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=5) in the range of 0.05% to 0.15%.The average recoveries of compounds were 97.65%-101.11% with RSD in the range of 0.55% to 3.60%.This method for determination of sorbitol and the lower polyols in sorbitol hydrogenolysis product is simple,economic and accurate.
