基于双作用海(淡)水球塞泵定子阳模套的结构原理,分析了其加工工艺流程,并依据该流程,在四轴联动数控机床上成功加工出该零件的样件和成品,为类似复杂零件的加工提供了一个有益的参考。
This article analyzed the processing flow of the stator male die sleeve for double acting sea (fresh) water ball piston pump based on the structural principles of the sleeve, and then processed a sample work piece and a end product respectively by using four-axle ganged numerical control machine, which can provide a good reference for processing similar complex component.
