利用离散元—有限元耦合的仿真算法,研究了分布式颗粒阻尼方法对板扭转振动的影响。首先建立板结构的有限元模型,并进行板振动的有限元计算,得到振动的数据文件,接着将数据文件导入离散元计算方法,再将计算结果带回到有限元软件中,通过循环迭代的耦合算法,对带有纵向布置颗粒阻尼器的板进行了振动仿真。结果显示,板的第三阶扭转振动的固有频率由526Hz降至498Hz,下降了约5.3%;对应的模态阻尼比由0.06上升至0.083,提升了约42.2%。
By using the coupling simulation algorithm based on the combination of the discrete element method and the finite element method,the influence on torsion vibration of a plate made by longitudinal placed particle dampers was researched.Establishing a finite element model of aluminum plate,then using discrete element method to deal with the result,and taking the result back to the finite software,by this circulatory coupling simulation algorithm,the plate's torsion vibration was analyzed which was equipped with a longitudinal particle dampers system.The result shows that the natural frequency of three decreases from 526 Hz to 498 Hz after equipping the longitudinal particle dampers system,decreased by 5.3%,and the damping ratio raises from 0.06 to 0.83,rises about 42.2%.
