信号发送与信号甄别是企业及利益相关者获取、交流和操控信息的重要方式。大数据背景下,信息呈现海量和多样的特点,信号价值的半衰期明显缩短,信号环境的价值密度显著下降,这些都给信号管理带来了挑战。本文基于信号理论,分析了大数据对信号发送和信号甄别的影响,并从信号发送者和信号接收者两方面出发,提出了应对之策。
Signal sending and signal screening are key approaches for firms and their stakeholders to acquire, interchange and manipulate information. However, in the age of big data, the diverse and massive amount of information and noises blur managers' vision, the value of a signal decreases dramatically, and the value density of signaling environment drops significantly. Based on signaling theory, this article explores the influences of big data on signal sending and signal screening. Furthermore, this paper suggests how signal sender and signal receiver could respond effectively to the impacts of big data.
