通过对普通数控滚齿机展成运动精度的影响因素及其作用规律的系统分析,揭示了影响该项精度的主要因素仍然源于机械传动环节。分析结果表明,在原机床传动形式下进一步提高展成运动精度的空间是有限的。通过比较分析,揭示了通过零传动提高数控滚齿机展成运动精度的机理。研究结果显示,应用零传动技术的滚齿机拥有先天的展成运动精度优势。
By analyzing the effect factors of generating motion precision on general CNC hobber and their action laws systematically, it is exposed that the master factors debasing the generating motion precision still come from the mechanical transmission. This result shows that the potential to improve the generating motion precision is not enough in this transmission frame. By comparision, the mechanism to improve generating motion precision on CNC hobber by zero transmission is uncovered. The comparision result shows that the hobber with zero--transmission has inborn dominance on generating motion precision.
