对来源于市场上的木聚糖酶和甘露聚糖酶共八种酶制剂产品在猪和鸡肠道消化液中实际的稳定性情况进行研究,为消费者合理挑选酶制剂产品提供有效依据.37℃条件下分别将这八种酶制剂在猪肠液(pH值6.6)和鸡肠液(pH值6.4)中耐受4h和5h后测定其相对剩余酶活,以此来评价木聚糖酶及甘露聚糖酶制剂在猪和鸡消化液中的稳定性。结果表明,在猪肠液中,四种木聚糖酶耐受4h后剩余酶活分别为48%、60%、55%、54%;四种甘露聚糖酶耐受4h后剩余酶活分别为48%、65%、58%、ll%、在鸡肠液中,四种木聚糖酶耐受5h后剩余酶活分别为63%、76%、68%、75%;而四种甘露聚糖酶在耐受5h后剩余酶活分别为56%、67%、65%、52%。两类酶制剂产品的酶活在猪和鸡肠液中耐受都会有不同程度的下降,但是不同厂家酶制剂在肠液中耐受后酶活下降的趋势有明显的差异;为了让畜禽能够有效利用不同种类酶制剂,需要选择稳定性好的酶制剂产品,以提高饲养的效果。
In order to provide useful advice to customers in picking suitable enzymatic products, we in- vestigated the stability of xylanase and mannase products (eight in total) which were treated in the in- testinal digestive juices of swine and chicken. The eight enzyme products were prepared in swine intes- tinal juice (pH 6.6) and chicken intestinal juice (pH 6.4) for a certain time (4-5 h) at 37℃, respec- tively. Thus, the stabilities of four xylanase products and fi)ur mannase products were evaluated. After being treated in swine intestinal juice for 4 h, the residual enzymatic activity for xylanases are 48%, 60%, 55%, 54%; the residual enzymatic activity for mannases are 48%, 65%, 58%, 11%. Similarly, afler being treated in chicken intestinal juice for 5 h, the residual enzymatic activity for xylanases are 63%, 76%, 68%, 75%; the residual enzymatic activity for mannases are 56%, 67%, 65%, 52%. The stabilities of both xylanase products and mannase products decreased to some extend after a 4-5 h tol- erance in swine and chicken intestinal juice. The decreasing trend of different products including bothxylanases or mannases showed obvious differenc- es. Consequently, in order to make effective use of the enzyme products by feed animals, custom- ers should select enzyme with persistent stability in different environment.
