针对基于突发事件的易腐产品分销计划问题,在量化了由易腐产品质量衰减导致的质量损失成本的基础上,首先在分销网络正常运行和突发事件发生造成供应链网络中节点失效2种情形下,分别建立了在有限资源约束下的单目标多时段成本优化数学模型.其次,设计了相应的算法对模型进行求解.最后,仿真实验证明了所提出算法的有效性,同时,也验证了针对突发事件所提出的基于紧急订货和节点扩容策略的应急计划是有效的.
This paper addresses the perishable products distribution planning problem based on disruptions.Based on quantification of the quality loss cost caused by the decrease of the quality of perishable products,as regards to the normal operation of the supply chain network and the situation that a node in the supply chain network failure caused by the disruptions,two optimal models were developed to minimize the total cost under constraints of limited resources respectively.Subsequently,the paper designed related algorithms.The simulation results validate the effectiveness of the algorithms and the emergency planning based on emergency orders strategy and expansion of the nodes' capacity strategy proposed in this paper.
