激光水下距离选通成像系统要想获得有效的目标图像,必须精确地给出合适的触发信号和控制接收器ICCD的门控延迟时间和选通门宽等门控参数。针对这一关键问题,设计了不存在成像距离盲区的激光器电源提供源触发信号的外触发方式,并应用二分查找的方法确定成像系统的门控参数,利用实验确定的门控参数,获得了5至23m水下不同深度的有效目标激光图像48张。获取的水下激光目标图像的信噪比可达10dB以上,可满足目标探测的实际应用要求。
In order to acquire effectual target image using laser underwater range gate imaging system,appropriate trigger signal,gating-control delay and gating-width time that are used to controlled ICCD gating felicitously must be given accurately.In allusion to the key problem external trigger mode is designed,which laser power source is selected to provide original trigger signal.There is no imaging blind range area using external trigger mode in the imaging system.After that imaging system gating-control parameters are obtained through dichotomous-searching method.48 different underwater target laser images distance from 5m to 23m are acquired using the gating-control parameters given from experiment.SNR of the acquired underwater laser target images is above 10dB and they can be satisfied to apply to underwater target detection.
