蜂王浆中特殊功能的活性组分的分离与制备,对于蜂王浆的深加工开发利用具有重要价值。本研究利用膜分离技术从蜂王浆中分离出5种分子量大小不同的组分,通过建立小白鼠酒精肝损伤模型,分别给小鼠饲喂蜂王浆和蜂王浆的不同组分一个月,检测小白鼠肝脏谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量。结果表明,极显著地提高GSH含量的功能蜂王浆中具有提高肝脏谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量的活性组分。
It is important value for the deep process and exploiture that the active components are separated and refined from royal jelly. There were five different molecular weight components separated from royal jelly based on membrane separation technology in this study. The rats, established as liver-hurt models with alcohol, were reared with the components of B, C, D, E and F respectively during 30 days. The glutathione (GSH) contents in rats were determined at the end of the experiments. The results showed that the GSH contents in the rats of D group were significantly higher than that in control group M. This confirmed that D component was the active component in royal jelly to improve the GSH content in rat liver.
