高校图书馆以教学科研、主要服务于本校教师和学生为立足点，以数字图书馆和虚拟技术的完美融合为手段，以提供个性化、虚拟化、公平化的服务为内容，不断创新高校图书馆的知识服务水平。本文以哈尔滨金融学院图书馆知识服务实践创新为例，从3个方面着重进行了阐述，以此推动高校图书馆知识服务的研究。

The university library works in teaching and scientific research,mainly in the service of our college teachers and students as foothold,with the perfect fusion of digital library and virtual technology as the means,to provide personalized,virtualization,fair service and continuous innovation of library knowledge service level.This paper takes the knowledge service practice innovation of Harbin Finance University Library as an example,and elaborates it from three aspects,so as to promote the study of the knowledge service of university libraries.
