为保证发电机在无人值守环境下的正常运作,在深入研究嵌入式技术、远程测控与无线通信技术的基础上,设计了基于嵌八式ARM_linux架构的无线式发电机测控系统。该系统以ARM9为核心,利用现场测控终端的数据采集卡获取发电机电压、电流、温度、油量等运行状态参数,并将参数通过无线传输系统发送至以VC++6.0为平台开发的远程测控端,经信号处理后完成发电机状态参数的显示及控制信息的反馈,进而实现了对无人值守发电机的远程测控。该系统性能可靠、操作简单、成本较低,在石油勘探、灾害救援等领域具有广泛应用前景。
In order to make the unattended alternator work well, a remote wireless measuring and control system for alternator based designed after on embedded ARM Linux technology is the thorough research on embedded andremote wireless measuring and controltechnology. Using ARM9 as the core, the system adopts the data acquisition card of site control terminal to get the running status information of alternator, such as voltage, current, temperature, oil quantity and so on, and delivers these parameters by wireless transmission system to remote measuring and control terminal designed on the VC++6.0 platform. After signal processing, the system completes the state parameter display and controlling information feedback, and then realizes the remote control function of unattended alternator. The system has advantages of reliable performance, simple operation and low cost. It could have abroad application in the area of oil exploration, disaster relief and other fields.
