英文摘要：
This paper defines the conception of public project and analyzes the research results about performance improvement of public project management at home and abroad. And then it concludes that performance improvement of public project management is a course combining technology innovation and institution innovation, performance evaluation tends to process evaluation and performance improvement evolves into institutional methods from managerial methods gradually. It is believed that the findings in this paper will lead to public project success in our country.
