目前我国高技术产业集群发展放缓，文章借助“虚拟”产业集群理论和知识资本理论，基于协同学序参量的作用原理，从强化序参量的角度i构建高技术虚拟产业集群（HTVIC）知识资本增值的价值创造机制，提取机制和评估机制，琦的在于以知识资本增值来促进HTVIC的发展，并最终推动高技术产业集群的持续快速发展。
英文摘要：
At present, the development speed of high-teeh industrial cluster in China has declined. With the help of the theory of virtual industry, clusters and knowledge capital, and the principle of synergetic order parameter, from the perspective of strengthening the parameter, the paper constructs value-added mechanism of knowledge capital in high-tech virtual industry cluster, including value creation, value extraction and value evaluation. The study aims to advance the development of HTVIC, and finally to promote the sustainable and rapid development of high-tech industry, clusters.
