车钩缓冲器是铁路机车车辆的重要部件之一,它的质量直接影响机车车辆的安全与运行质量。针对国外某机车车钩缓冲器在国内应用中存在的问题,应用力学原理和用有限元方法对其结构进行了创新设计,在保证其性能的条件下,优化了结构、减少了零件数、降低了重量和成本,在吸收消化发达国家车钩缓冲器技术基础上,研发出了与发达国家性能水平相当的新型机车车钩缓冲器,新型机车车钩缓冲器将替代进口车钩缓冲器,对促进我国铁路机车车辆关键部件的技术进步有着十分重要的现实意义。
The Draft Gear is one of the most important parts of Coupler Box of locomotive and its quality may affect directly the safety and running quality of the vehicle.To solve the problems available in foreign Draft Gear for Coupler Box used in Chinese locomotive,a creative design for the structure of the Draft Gear is optimized by applying applied mechanics principle with help of FEA under safeguarding its performance,therefore the structure is optimized,the number of the parts in the Draft Gear is reduced as well as the weight and cost of the device is decreased.Thus a new kind of Draft Gear for Coupler Box of locomotive is created based on the absorption of technology of developed country,which performance is similar with that made by developed country to be replaced.It is very significant for enhancing technological progress of key parts in locomotive in our country.
