Based on the specimens collected from Guizhou Province and kept in Guizhou University, as well as the abundantly documented information, a total of 6 genera and 14 species in Family Grimmiaceae were identified in Guizhou. According to the morphological features of these specimens, the keys to the genera and species were complied, and the distributions of each species were briefly described herein.
