由于现有平板导热仪存在测量时间固定且耗时长等不足,为了对现有平板导热仪的测量算法进行改善,通过对热板功率的稳定状态进行判定并加入测量阈值,提出了一种基于稳态法的导热仪系统稳定状态判定方法。实验结果表明:该方法能根据不同的测试试样和不同的测试条件在较短的时间内自动确定系统状态的平衡时刻点,且测量精度符合国家标准、重复性好(小于1%)、线性度高(大于0.998)。
In order to improve the measurement algorithm of the existing flat-plate thermal conductivity instrument which has the shortcomings such as the fixed measurement time and time-consuming,by determining the steady-state of hot-plate heat power and setting the measurement threshold value,this paper proposed a method based on steady-state testing to determine the steady-state of thermal conductivity instrument system.The experiment results show that the method can be automatically determines when the system come to the steady-state according to the different test samples and different conditions in a relatively short period of time.Besides,the measuring accuracy is in line with national standards and has a good repeatability(less than 1%) as well as high linearity(greater than 0.998).
