传统的总线式自动化测试系统采用有线信息传输方式,每次只能对一个设备进行测试,测试效率低、成本高。针对制导炮弹并行、内嵌式测试体系的测试信息无线传输需求,开发一种基于ZigBee协议的测试信息无线传输系统。该系统可同时对多个设备进行测试,并将数据通过WSN传输到测试中心。对系统的功耗和通信性能进行测试,电池供电情况下,系统可工作3个月以上,且通信误码率低于0.01%。实验结果表明,系统工作稳定,信息传输特性符合设计技术要求,可有效解决测试线缆连接复杂和测试效率低的系统性问题。
The previous bus--based automatic test system adopted wire--connection to realize data transmission. Only one device could be tested at a time, which resulted in low efficiency and high cost. To meet the requirements on parallel and embedded test of guided artillery shells and wireless transmission of test information, we developed a test information wireless transmission system based on ZigBee technolo- gy. This system can test multiple devices simultaneously, and transmits the data to test center through WSN. The energy consumption and communication performance are measured, the system can work for more than three month when powered by batteries, and error bit rate is lower than 0. 01%. The experiments result shows that the system can effectively solve the problems of high wiring complexity and low test effieiency in the traditional system, and carried an excellent applied value.
