爆炸成型弹丸装药结构中存在无效装药区,对有效装药结构进行研究,实现去除无效装药,进而提高装药的能量利用率。首先采用理论分析方法,利用等效平板和等效装药假设,将圆柱形装药对大锥角药型罩的抛掷问题进行简化,对有效装药高度进行理论计算并做相应的修正,确定出大锥角药型罩的最佳装药高度;由理论分析结果,设计出两种不同装药结构形式,通过侵彻试验对比其终点效应。试验结果表明,合理设计有效装药结构可以减少约26.5%的装药量,研究结果对EFP战斗部装药结构优化设计具有一定的应用价值。
There is a kind of invalid charge area in shaped charge of explosively formed projectile,in order to remove invalid charge part and improve energy utilization ratio,effective charge structure studied. Firstly,theoretical analysis method equivalent plate and equivalent charge assumptions cylindrical charge,the effective charge h theoretical and corresponding correctiondetermine; theoretical analysis,two kinds of different charge structure,through compar. The test results show that reasonable charging structure can reduce about 26. 5%explosive load,the results of EFP warhead charge structure optimization design has certain application value.
