以BiCl3,LaCl3,Se粉和Te粉为原料,NaOH和乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐(EDTA)为添加剂,用水热法合成了单相LaxBi2-xSeyTe3-y四元合金纳米粉末,其微观形貌为由薄片状纳米晶侧向平行自组装而形成的花瓣状微观组织。研究发现,碱性添加剂对合成单相Bi2Te3基四元合金是必需的。添加适量EDTA有助于片状晶的侧向生长和自组装连接,但添加过量EDTA将抑制合成反应的进行。
Nanostructural monophase LaxBi2-xSeyTe3-yalloy was synthesized with a hydrothermal route by using BiC3, BaCl3, selenium and disodium tellurium powders as the precursors, NaOH and disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetiate (EDTA) as additives. The hydrothermally synthesized powders have a petal-like morphology selfstructured by the parallel side-by-side arrangement of the nano-seakes. It is found that an alkaline additive is necessary for the synthesis of a monophase Bi2Te3 based alloy. EDTA acts as a soft template for the lateral growth of the nano-scales and self-constitution of the petal-like structure. It is found that the synthesis reaction can be hindered by excessive EDTA.
