英文摘要：

Based on the analysis of energy intensity of Quanzhou in the three industries in recent years,the paper explores the relationship between energy intensity and changes in industrial structure,puts changes of energy intensity into the share of structure and efficiency and then makes an empirical analysis of existing statistical data about Quanzhou.The results show that the main driving force of the decline in energy intensity in Quanzhou comes from improving in energy efficiency of various industries,especially the overall decline in energy intensity of the service industry.Therefore,Quanzhou city should vigorously decline industrial energy consumption,accelerate the development of low-carbon economy.Efforts should also be made to tap the potential of the modern service industry and continue to enlarge emerging industries.
