套管-水泥环-地层两两界面的密封失效致使高压气体上窜至井口而引起环空带压,给油气田的勘探开发带来安全和环保隐患.采用Abaqus的黏弹性损伤cohesive孔压单元建立套管 水泥环 地层界面水力压裂过程中压裂液周向窜流的有限元模型,对水力压裂过程中微环隙的产生和扩展的数值模拟进行分析.结果表明:只要第一界面或者第二界面胶结强度小于地层的抗拉强度,不论射孔方位大小,井眼周围均会产生微环隙.在油气田完井时需要合理确定水泥石的强度参数,以避免微环隙的产生.
When the casing cement interface and cement rock interface are failure to seal the casing and formation, the SAP most likely happened. By the viscoelasticity linear damage cohesive pore pressure elements of Abaqus, the numerical simulation model of micro annulus initiation and propagation during oil and gas well hydraulic fracturing is built. The initiation and propagation mechanism of micro annulus is studied, and the results show that when the cementing strength of the casing cement rock interfaces is lower than the rock tensile strength, the micro annulus emerges and propagates no matter what the direction of perforation is. In the oil and gas completion, the reasonable mechanics parameters of the cement should be selected, so as to avoid the initiation and propagation of the micro annulus.
