将天然珊瑚(NC)粉碎成微米级粉末,采用热压固化成型工艺制备出超高相对分子质量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)/NC复合材料。在人工髋关节模拟磨损试验机上研究了该类复合材料与CoCrMo合金在小牛血清润滑条件下的阶段磨损性能,利用激光粒度分析仪对磨损颗粒粒度进行了测定。结果表明,添加NC能有效提高复合材料的耐磨性;当NC填充质量分数为30%时,复合材料的耐磨性相对于UHMWPE增强69.8%;髋臼材料的阶段磨损量均出现先增大后减小并逐渐趋于稳定的趋势;不同磨损阶段磨粒的平均粒径和拐点粒径与其阶段磨损状态间具有相关性。
Micron level NC powder was attained by shattering technics, UHMWPE/NC composites were obtained by hot-press moulding method. Wear of the composties and CoCrMo alloy were appraised in a artificial hip simulator in the lubrication of bovine blood serum. Wear particles granularity was calculated by laser particle counter. The results show that the addition of NC powder to UHMWPE improves wear resistance of the composites. When the content of NC is 30%, wear resistance of the composites improves by 69.8% compared with UHMWPE, Furthermore, with the prolongation of wear steps, the wear mass loss of acetabular increases in the beginning wear steps then decreases and goes into steady state in succeeding steps. There are good correlations between average size of wear particle granularity or turning point position granularity and wear state.
