根植观和过程观是研究管理认知变革的两种不同理论逻辑。在鉴别管理认知的自然属性和社会属性的基础上，对根植观和过程观等两种理论逻辑进行比较，总结这两类理论逻辑的基本假设和基本研究范式。基于对现有管理认知研究文献的评述提出未来研究展望。

Past research has two different theory logic to the question of how to renew managerial cognition, they are embedded view and procedural view. This paper identifies the differences and relationships between embedded view and procedural view based on the natural characters and social characters of managerial cognition. Then this paper concludes the main hypothesis and main research pattern. In the discussion, we trace the implications of our study for research and practice
