为探讨苏北滨海滩涂土壤盐度(S)、电导率(EC)与含水率(θm)的分布状况及相互关系,采集典型滨海滩涂草滩表层土壤,测定其水土比5:1全盐量、电导率及含水率,并分析其分布规律和相互关系。结果表明:1滩涂草滩表层土壤盐度、电导率、含水率分别在0.57%~1.97%、1.6~5.0mS/cm、25.2%~28.7%之间,盐度和电导率均表现为芦苇滩〈碱蓬滩〈互花米草滩,而含水率则表现为芦苇滩〉碱蓬滩≈互花米草滩。2盐度和电导率相关性极显著(r=0.99,p〈0.01),关系式为:S(%)=0.408 2EC(mS/cm)-0.112 1;3各演替带土壤盐度、电导率与含水率的相关性均不显著(p〉0.05),但滩涂草滩总体上表现为土壤盐度、电导率与含水率呈极显著负相关关系(rS=-0.52,rEC=-0.50,p〈0.01);且当土壤盐度低于1%时,盐度、电导率与含水率负相关更为显著(rS=-0.71,rEC=-0.71,p〈0.01);而盐度高于1%时,相关性则不显著(p〉0.05)。滩涂草滩表层土壤盐度除受到植物、海水影响外,降水等淡水来源以及土壤本身特性可能也是重要的影响因素。
In order to explore the distribution and the relationship among soil conductivity(EC),salinity(S)and water content(θm)in tidal flats,forty surface soil samples were collected in various successions in a pristine tidal flat in Jiangsu Province,and the related indexes were analyzed.The results showed that S,ECandθm were 0.57%~1.97%,1.6~5.0mS/cm and 25.2%~28.7%,respectively.Both Sand ECin successions showed Spartina alterniflora flat Suaeda salsa flatPhragmites australis flat,andθm showed Spartina alterniflora flat≈ Suaeda salsa flat Phragmites australis flat.There was a significant correlation between Sand EC(r=0.99,p〈0.01),and the function was:S(%)=0.408 2 EC(mS/cm)-0.112 1.The correlation between S,ECandθmin each successions were not significant(p〈0.05),however,significant negative correlations(rS=-0.52,rEC =-0.50,p〈0.01)were found in the whole tidal flat.When S was lower than 1%,the correlations between S,ECandθm were more significant(rS=-0.71,rEC=-0.71,p〈0.01),and the correlations were not significant(p〈0.05)when S was higher than 1%.The salinity in the surface soil in the tidal flat was influenced greatly by fresh water such as precipitation and the soil characteristics,besides seawater and plants in tidal flat.
