由于罐体变位后对罐容表有很大影响,为了使罐容表标定能够准确反映储油罐的储油量,需要为罐容表标定建立合理的数学模型。通过对小椭圆型储油罐体无变位和倾斜角α为4.1°的纵向变位两种情况所做实验的结果进行比较,发现纵向倾斜变位对罐容表标定的影响明显,尤其在倾斜角α为4.1°的纵向变位的情形下,理论计算的油量与实际所测的油量之间存在很大差距。在合理推断所测倾斜角不准的情况下,运用遗传算法对倾斜角α进行修正。结果表明,在α为5.382 627°情况下,理论计算的油量与实际所测的油量之间的误差下降到合理范围内。
Because the displacement tank has a great influence on the tank capacity table,we need to establish the reasonable mathematical model in order to make the tank capacity charts accurately reflect the storage.We have compared the experiment results based on the no small displacement elliptic tank and gradient forα=4.1°.We find the displacement has obvious effect on the capacity calibration table.Especially in fixing the α= 4.1 ° vertically the theoretical calculation of the amount of oil and actual measurement has a big disparity between them.after concluding the tilt angle is not accurate,we use genetic algorithm to modify the angle α.Results show that the theoretical calculation and practical testing oil amount of oil dropped to the reasonable scope.So the genetic algorithm can search a reasonable angle for the model.At the same time,it can verify the established mathematical model is applicable value.
