英文摘要：

[ Purpoee/Signifieanee ] In order to reveal shortcomings of current basic subjects, this paper introduces an interdisciplinary topic method, and appfies to two fundamental disciplinary and the interdisciplinary literatures in the animal resource and breeding. [Method/Process] First of all, the method uses the Topic Correlation Analysis method to extract the shared topics and independent topics between two basic subjects. Secondly, the method analyzes the correlation of the independent topics with the correlation measures. Thirdly, the method extracts topics of interdisciplinary documents with Latent Dirichilet Analysis method, and gives the contrast analysis between shared topics and high correlated independent topics of basic subjects and topics extracted from interdisciplinary documents. [ Result/Con- dudon] The result shows that the method reveals topics in different degree, mines the limitation of existing disciplinary study, and pro- vides the advice for the development of cross-disciplinary.
