有机大米已经逐渐进入我们的生活,且越来越受到消费者的青睐。近年来,我国有机大米产业有了较大发展,相关科技工作者做了大量研究,并取得了一系列成果。针对我国有机大米起步比较晚、发展较快的现状,以及面临的食品安全等问题,对前人的研究成果和解决方案进行了概述,指出随着人们生活水平的不断提高,纯天然、无污染的优质有机大米在我国具有较大的发展空间。
Organic rice is gradually coming into our lives and getting more and more popular with consumers. In recent years, organic rice industry had a large development in China. Researchers had done a lot of related research,and obtained a series of achievements. As the organic rice started relatively late and developed rapidly,and a series of problems of food safety existed, we reviewed the solutions of predecessors' research and practical results, and pointed out that with the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the natural,pollution-free organic rice in China had a large development space.
