文章建立了质量不确定情况下的回收品采购批量及再制造排序策略模型,求解时将整个决策过程分为2个阶段,先求出再制造批量,再求解出最优采购批量和排序策略,并假设回收品在经过检测排序后,其再制造成本即可确定。结果表明:最优排序策略与再制造批量无关,再制造的平均单位成本随着采购批量的增加而降低。
The strategy model of the optimal acquisition quantity of used items and the sorting policy in remanufacturing under uncertain quality condition is built .The decision-making process is divided into two stages .Firstly the optimal remanufacturing quantity is solved ,and secondly the optimal acquisi-tion quantity and the sorting policy are determined .It is further assumed that the remanufacturing cost can be known after the sorting process .The results show that the optimal sorting policy is inde-pendent of remanufacturing quantity ,and the average cost of remanufacturing will decrease as more used items are acquired .
