By means of the general bosonization approach, the supersymmetric modified Korteweg-de Vries (SMKdV) system is transformed to a coupled bosonic system with its component fields defined on an infinite even Grassmann algebra. Then the consistent tanh expansion method is applied to generate the interacting wave solutions of the SMKdV system. Representative interactions between solitons and background periodic waves are graphically displayed.
