针对石羊河流域建立了多水源、多用户、多目标的水资源配置模型。以工业用水效益为基准,将生活、生态环境和农业用水效益折算为可公度效益,然后用权重系数法将多目标问题转化为单目标问题。从36组最优解中筛选出11组非劣解,最后采用近似理想点排序法得到均衡解,即得到有限地表水、地下水、外调水条件下各用水部门(工业、生活、生态、农业)间最优的配水方案。通过该应用实例验证了近似理想点排序法在水资源的多目标决策中的可行性和有效性。
Based on the Shiyanghe River Basin, a multi-source, multi-user and multi-objective water resources optimal allocation model is established. The benefit of living, agriculture and ecological environment will be converted into commensurable benefit on the basis of industrial water benefit, then the multi-objective problem will be transformed into a single-objective one based on method of index weight. 11 non-inferior solutions have been screened from 36 optimal solutions, finally the equilibrium solution is obtained by ap- proximate aspiration dot arrangement method, that is, optimal allocation of limited surface water , ground water and diversion water in four major departments., industries, living, agricultural and the ecological environment. The example is presented to verify the feasibility and availability of the approximate aspiration dot arrangement method.
