旅游产业融合在扶贫工作中具有经济带动效应强、辐射范围大、受益面广等优势，对革命老区减贫作用显著，是革命老区可持续旅游扶贫的新途径。在评价革命老区旅游扶贫主要成就和突出问题的基础上，分析了旅游产业内部融合、旅游产业外部融合和旅游产业引导融合三种类型对革命老区减贫的作用机制，从“旅游业＋第一、二、三产业”的维度总结了革命老区几种常见的旅游产业融合业态，从政府、企业、民间组织、当地居民、游客等方面提出了革命老区旅游产业融合发展对策。

英文摘要：

The integration of tourism industry had many advantages, such as strong economic effect, wide radiation range and wide benefit range, which imposed a significant effect on poverty reduction in the old revolutionary base areas. It could be the new way to help the people in the old revo- lutionary base areas with the sustainable development of tourism poverty alleviation. Based on the evaluation of the main achievements and outstanding problems of tourism poverty alleviation in the old revolutionary base areas, this paper analyzed the mechanism on three integrated types to poverty alle- viation in the old revolutionary base areas, which contained internal integration of tourism industry, external integration of tourism industry and integra- tion caused by tourism industry. And then summarized several common forms of integration of the tourism industry in these old revolutionary from the perspective of the first, the second and the third industry. Finally, this paper put forward some countermeasures for the integration of tourism industry in the old revolutionary base areas from the aspect of government, enterprises, civil organizations, local residents, tourists and so on.
