为了解南极磷虾Euphausia superba对盐度变化的适应能力,基于海上水箱试验,采用渐变式(16.2~54.5)和急变式(15.9~55.2)两种不同的盐度变化方法对南极磷虾个体在不同盐度下行为状态进行观察和记录,分析了南极磷虾的耐盐性。结果表明:南极磷虾在低盐度下的适宜临界盐度为26左右,极限临界盐度为16左右;南极磷虾在高盐度下的适宜临界盐度为43左右,极限临界盐度为55左右。研究表明,南极磷虾对盐度的变化具有一定的适应能力,但适应范围有限。
The saline tolerance of Antarctic krill Euphausia superba to gradual ( 16. 2-54. 5) and sharp (15.9-55.2) changes in salinity was investigated in an in-situ water tank trail understand the suitability of Antarctic krill to environmental conditions, temperature, salinity, and acidification. The results showed that krill had critical tol-erant salinity of about 26 with low salinity condition, with the minimum critical salinity of around 16, and the criti-cal tolerant salinity of about 43 with high salinity condition, with the maximum critical salinity of about 55. The findings indicated that Antarctic krill has a certain capability to adapt salinity changes, with limited scope of adap-tation.
