针对汽车驱动桥主齿轮中弹性隔套的设计问题,首先采用力学理论和弹塑性理论对其进行理论分析,然后采用有限元分析方法,在考虑加工成形和不考虑加工成形两种情况下,分别建立弹性隔套的有限元模型,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS 6.8进行弹性隔套的弹塑性分析,并与试验进行对比分析。分析结论表明在考虑加工成形的工作条件下弹性隔套压力与应变的关系曲线与设计要求的关系曲线是一致的,进一步验证了设计与分析方法的有效性和正确性。
Basing on the design problem of elastic sleeve of active gear in the automobile drive axle, at first, the theory analysis is made by the mechanics and elastic-plastic theory. The finite element models are then set up with and without considering the process forming of the elastic sleeve, and the elastic-plastic analysis is carried out by using ABAQUS 6. 8. By the comparison with the experiment results, it is sure that the relationship of the force and strain is reasonable in the work, which is further to prove the effectiveness and correctness of the design and analysis method of the elastic sleeve.
