采用离子交换法将不同组份的十烷基三丁基溴化鏻交换到蒙脱土的层间得到柱撑蒙脱土.用热重分析(TGA)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶变换红外光谱法(FTIR)等对其结构进行了表征,并测定其抗菌活性.研究发现柱撑蒙脱土中季鏻盐的热分解起始温度大于210℃,具有较好的热稳定性;季鏻盐含量越高,柱撑蒙脱土的层间距越大,抗菌活性越高.
Pillared montmorillonites were prepared by introducing different content of decyltributylphosphonium bromide into sodium montmorillonite through ion-exchange method. The structures were studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) methods, X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique and fourier transform infrared (FFIR) spectroscopy. Also the antimicrobial activity was studiesd. The results showed that the onset temperatrure of the decomposition for quaternary phosphonium salts in pillared montmorillonites were all higher than 210℃, and they were preferable thermal stability. The interlayer spacings of montmorilonites enlarged and the antimierobial activity improved with the increase of the content of quaternary phosphonium salts in pillared montmorillonites.
