采用激光测距元件作为测量传感器,研制了一种隧道表面测量仪。该仪器可以实现绕两个相互垂直的轴旋转,对隧道表面的形状和物体的外形进行自动连续扫描测量,同时可以对所测量的数据进行处理,生成被测量曲面的形状图。对该仪器原理、硬件结构和组成进行了分析、研究,根据原理图设计了硬件电路图,并选择了相关的元器件,搭接了硬件电路,设计了硬件控制软件和数据后处理软件。应用该仪器对实际表面进行了测量并进行了处理,绘制出了所测表面的三维图形。实际使用表明,该仪器具有性能稳定、测量速度快、使用方便等优点。
A laser instrument was designed to measure tunnel surfaces, which used a laser distance measurement component as measuring sensor. The tunnel surface shape and the outline of the object can be measured by the instrument, which can rotate around two mutually perpendicular axes. The measured data was processed and the graphic of the surface shape was generated. The hardware structure and composition of the instrument were analyzed, the hardware circuit was designed and components were chosen. Hardware control software and data processing procedure were designed. An actual surface can be measured to draw out the 3D graphics. The advantages of this instrument were verified that has stable performance, quick measurement and convenient to use in practices.
