针对目前球磨机负荷控制存在的不足,提出了一种基于H∞鲁棒控制的球磨机负荷串级控制算法。分析了压差单回路控制的不足,提出了用筒体振动信号结合球磨机压差来表征负荷,给出了球磨机负荷串级控制的结构,对于主回路,通过选择合适的加权函数,设计出了基于混合灵敏度理论的H∞控制器,副回路采用比例控制器;最后基于Matlab对控制算法进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,球磨机负荷串级控制系统具有较好的动态性和鲁棒性,有效克服了单回路控制的不足,具有一定的实用性。
Aimed at the disadvantage of ball mill control system,a cascade control algorithm for coal load of ball mill based on H∞ robust control was proposed.The vibration signal of roller and differential pressure signal of ball mill were combined to characterize the lode of ball mill;the structure of the cascade control was presented.For major loop,by choosing proper weighting function,the H∞ controller was obtained.For minor loop,the proportional controller was given.The simulation of control algorithm was researched based on Matlab.The simulation results demonstrate that the cascade control system has greater dynamic performance and robustness.
