为了研究废弃纤维再生混凝土受压破坏的损伤问题,对30块100mm×100mm×300mm非标准试件进行了棱柱体试块单轴受压损伤试验。通过测定废弃纤维再生混凝土单轴受压试件横向振动时的基频振动频率以及数据采集系统采集到的荷载与应变值,绘制出损伤变量与应变曲线、损伤变量与荷载曲线,通过拟合曲线,建立了废弃纤维再生混凝土单轴受压损伤模型。试验结果表明:废弃纤维再生混凝土在应变增加的同时,损伤变量也随之增加;废弃纤维再生混凝土随着应变的增长,水灰比越大、再生骨料掺人量越多、纤维越长,废弃纤维再生混凝土的损伤增加的越快。
In order to investigate the damage problem of waste fiber recycled concrete compression failure, this experiment use 30 non-standard test specimen which size is 100 mm×100 min×300 mm do the damage test under uniaxial compression.By measuring the basic vi-bration frequency, load and strain value of waste fiber recycled concrete under uniaxial compression when the specimens transverse vibra- tion can draw the damage variable and strain curve and damage variable and the load curve.By fitting some related parameters, set up the damage model of waste fiber recycled concrete under uniaxial compressive.Results show that the damage variable decreases with the in-crease of waste fiber recycled concrete strain;the damage of waste fiber recycled concrete increases faster with the increase of the water ce-ment ratio, the waste fiber volume parameter, the waste fiber length, and the incorporation of recycled aggregate.
