为综合利用神华煤液化渣,通过自备电厂1台440t/h循环流化床(CFB)锅炉进行了掺烧15%液化渣试验,对掺烧液化渣后锅炉运行工况、污染物排放的变化情况等进行测定。结果表明,掺烧15%液化渣后锅炉整体运行稳定,但二氧化硫、总烃、挥发性卤代烃等污染物排放量增大。通过风量、床温等燃烧优化调整后,各项污染物排放得到了有效控制。
To comprehensively use the liquefaction residue from Shenhua coal,experiments of mixed com-bustion with 15% liquefaction ash in a 440 t/h circulate fluidized bed (CFB)boiler were carried out.The operation states in the boiler during mixed combustion and the pollutant emission state were investigated. The results show that,after the 15% liquefaction ash was co-fired,the boiler ran stably,the emission of SO2 ,total hydrocarbon and the volatile halocarbons increased.Especially,after the air flow and bed temper-ature were regulated and the pollutants emission was controlled effectively.
