为了研究贯流风机的内流特性及其气动噪声,在半消声室中采用高精度、高频响的压力传感器和声压传感器分别同步测量了贯流风机常规直叶轮和变斜叶轮的近场处压力脉动及远场声压脉动.结果表明:贯流风机表现出明显的紊流噪声特性,而未表现出明显的离散特性,其主要噪声源为流场中的涡流;变斜叶轮的近场压力较高,而常规直叶轮声压级略高,能量主要集中在中等尺度的结构中,且有强烈的非定常特性;远场气动噪声具有明显指向性,且气动噪声随着转速增加而增大.
The inner follow characteristics and the aerodynamic noise in the cross flow fan were researched. Both pressure sensors and sound pressure ones with high precision and high-frequency response were employed to measure the pressure fluctuation in the near field and the sound pressure fluctuation in the far field simultaneously. The measurements were carried out in the semi-anechoic chamber on two different types of cross flow fan. The results indicate that the noise of the sample cross flow fan shows an obvious characteristic of distinct turbulent noise. Experimental results show that the broadband noise is the obvious characteristic, rather than discrete noise, and the main noise source is the vortex. The pressure of twisted impeller is higher, while the sound pressure level of straight impeller is higher. Energy mainly concentrates in the middle-scale structure. The directivity is an obvious characteristic of the far field noise; additionally sound level is increased with the increase of rotating speed.
