目的建立水中双氰胺含量的联二酮分光光度测定法。方法以联二酮为显色剂,以1-萘酚为催化剂,于室温下与双氰胺反应,在540 nm处测定其吸光度值。结果当显色剂分别为2,3-丁二酮、2,3-戊二酮、2,3-己二酮和2,3-庚二酮溶液时,双氰胺的线性范围分别为0.03~6.4、0.2~32.0、0.2~28.0和0.3~36.0μg/ml,所得回归方程均呈较好的线性关系,r≥0.999 7;方法的检出限分别为0.03、0.2、0.2和0.3μg/ml,回收率在95.7%~102.9%之间,RSD在0.4%~6.8%之间。结论该法具有简便、快速、准确度高等优点,适用于水中双氰胺含量的测定。
Objective To establish a spectrophotometric with vicinal diketones methods for the determination of dicyandiamide in water. Methods The absorbance was measured at 540 nm after reaction between dicyandiamide, vicinal diketone as chromogenic agent, and naphthol as the catalyst, at room temperature. Results The linear ranges were 0.03-6.4, 0.2-32.0, 0.2-28.0 and 0.3-36.0 μg/ml with chromogenic agent,such as 2, 3-butanedione, 2, 3-pentanedione, 2, 3-hexanedione and 2, 3-heptanedione respectively, r≥0.999 7 for regression equations, the related limits of detection were 0.03, 0.2, 0.2 and 0.3 μg/ml respectively. The rates of recovery were 95.7%-102.9% and RSDs were 0.4%-6.8%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and applicable to the determination of dicyandiamide in water.
