以山东沿海7个城市为研究对象,选择坎蒂雷赋权法、基于加速遗传算法的投影寻踪模型、PC-LINMAP耦合赋权法、熵值法及变异系数法五种方法进行评价,幵利用离差最大化算法对其评价结果进行组合,得到山东沿海城市的海洋灾害综合风险值。由其评价结果可知潍坊、日照、烟台和滨州的综合风险值均大于0.5,威海、东营和青岛的综合风险值小于0.5。半数以上沿海城市的海洋灾害综合风险值偏高,因此需进一步加强山东沿海地区的海洋灾害防灾减灾规划。
In seven coastal cities in Shandong province as the research object, we choose the Areal Kantirary analysis, the projection pursuit model based on acceleration genetic algorithm, PC-LINMAP coupling method, entropy method and coefficient of variation method to evaluate and then use maximizing deviations method to combine evaluation results. Finally, we get marine disaster comprehensive risk in Shandong coastal areas. By the evaluation results, the comprehensive values of Weifang, Rizhao, Yantai and Binzhou are greater than 0.5, but the values of Weihai, Dongying and Qingdao are less than 0.5. More than half of the coastal cities are in high risk, so we need to further strengthen disaster prevention and mitigation planning of the coastal areas of Shandong.
