以文献中的光电转化装置模型为例,利用辐射[火用]的定义,从[火用]的角度出发研究了太阳能的光电转化,分析了光电转化过程中的[火用]损及其在太阳能光电转化各个环节中的分布。给出了能流图和[火用]流图,直观地说明了[火用]分析比能量分析更能有效说明太阳能中有用能的利用情况。[火用]分析的结果表明,在光电电池内部的炯损很大,而由对流换热过程带走的[火用]不大。
By taking the model of photovoltaic conversion in reference as an example, the solar PV conversion was studied based on the view point of exergy analysis, and the distribution of exergy loss of solar photovoltaie conversion segments in photovohaic conversion process was analyzed. Then the energy flow diagram and the exergy flow diagram were given, respectively. The utilization of available energy in solar energy is illuminated more effectively by exergy analysis than that by energy analysis. The exergy analysis results show that the exergy loss produced in solar cell is very high, but the exergy taken away by convective heat transfer is small.
