目的:研究基于网络调查的食物频率问卷的信度和效度。方法在哈尔滨医科大学随机抽取84名学生就最近4个月内膳食习惯进行两次食物频率的问卷调查。比较学生食物摄入的营养素的相关性,检验问卷的信度;并在第一次网络食物频率问卷调查之后连续记录3天的膳食日志,用三日膳食日志的平均结果与第一次网络食物频率问卷的相关性分析结果评价问卷的内容效度。结果①效度研究中,除了胆固醇、维生素A和铜元素,网络食物频率问卷与三日膳食日志的能量和21种营养素摄入量均为显著相关,r为0.229~0.996,r平均值0.594。②信度研究中,两次网络食物频率问卷的能量和24种营养素均为显著相关,r为0.541~0.917,r平均值为0.722。③一致率分析中,营养素的效度研究一致率为88%,营养素的信度一致率为100%。结论基于网络食物频率问卷具有良好的信度和效度,是研究人群营养与慢性病关系的理想工具。
Objective To study the reliability and validity of the internet-based food frequency questionnaire.Methods Two times of food frequency questionnaire were performed on a ran-dom sample of 84 students of Harbin Medical University in order to understand dietary habits of each subjects during the past 4 months.Then the correlation of students’ dietary nutrients in-take was compared, the reliability of the questionnaire was examined.Moreover, dietary log was performed for 3 days after the first time of electronic food frequency questionnaire, and the correlation of the average of dietary log and food frequency questionnaire was used to examine the content validity of the questionnaire.Results ①In the study of validity, except of choles-terol, vitamin A and copper elements, intakes of energy and 21 nutrients were positively associ-ated between food frequency questionnaire and dietary log ( r: 0.229 ~0.996, average:0.594.) .②In the study of reliability, intakes of energy and 24 nutrients were positively corre-lated between two food frequency questionnaires (r:0.541~0.917, average:0.722).③In the program of consistent rate analysis, the validity of the consistent rate was 88%, the reliabil-ity of nutrients was at a rate of 100%.Conclusion The internet-based food frequency ques-tionnaire is a perfect tool to help to study the association between nutrients and chronic diseases as its good validity and reliability.
