为了研究轴对称回转体水下航行器模型所受到的壁面摩擦阻力,设计并实施了一套测试系统。该系统主要由一个回转半径为2.1m的旋臂及环形水池、六分量天平、扭矩传感器、PIV系统以及相关的数据采集系统组成,可以实现最大线速度为15m/s的试验工况。试验和分析结果表明,该系统在一定的速度范围内可以有效地测试航行器模型所受摩擦阻力,满足了设计要求。
A testing system was designed and implemented to figure out the friction drag of an underwater axi-symmetrical vehicle model. The system is composed of a rotating-arm with 2. 1 m in radi and the round pool, a slx-component force balance,a torque sensor,the PIV system and the datum sampling system and can achieve the line speed 15 m/s which is the maximum working condition. EXperimental and analytical results show that the system can be used to study the friction drag of the vehicle models at certain speed range, which full-fills the design demand.
