高校教师是知识的拥有者、传播者和创新者。知识分为显性知识和隐性知识,而且隐性知识比显性知识更能创造价值是知识管理的一个重要观点。在分析高校教师隐性知识的结构和表现形式的基础上,运用组织生态学、管理学、教育学等理论,从隐性知识栽体的视角对高校教师隐性知识转化因素进行了探讨。
The teachers in universities are the owners, the sowers and the innovators of knowledge. Knowledge is made up of explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge. Moreover it is an important view on knowledge management that tacit knowledge is more perfect and can create much value than explicit knowledge. Based on the structure of tacit knowledge of the teachers in universities and referring to organization ecology, management, education and so on, this thesis analyze the factors faced by the transformation of tacit knowledge of the teachers in universities from the view of carrying the tacit knowledge.
